Can I share my membership with others?
No, your membership is personal and cannot be shared with others. Each member must have their own account.

How will I access new content?
New content - including articles, tutorials, printables, and more - will be sent to your email once a month. We strive to provide our members with fresh and relevant content to help them grow their blogs and VA businesses.

What kind of VA services are available for purchase on the site?
Our private Facebook group is a marketplace for VAs to post their services for purchase by bloggers. Services can include social media management, email management, SEO optimization, and more.

Is the private Facebook group included in the membership?
Yes, the private Facebook group is included in the membership. It's a fast-moving buy/sell community with more than 8,000 members, including VAs who post content and services available for purchase by bloggers.

How do I access the templates and printables?
Once you sign up for the membership, you'll be added to our email list and will receive a monthly email with consumable content.

What are the cancellation terms?
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription. Due to the digital nature of the benefits we provide, we do not offer refunds or prorates for early termination. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you will no longer have access to the content and benefits of the membership, including the Facebook group.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply email us with the words "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" in the subject line.
